Although most suppliers increased prices by 2 – 4.5 % at the beginning of the year, we are keeping ours stable.
We have been at our new location since September 2019 and are making full use of all the possibilities to guarantee price stability and delivery reliability. More storage space and optimised production processes allow us to do this.

We are looking forward to the new year and hope to have some more news for you at this point.
It is not uncommon for a coaxial cable to be exposed to substances that can possibly impair its effect. In this case, it is useful to know the chemical resistance of the material in order to select the right cable for your application in advance. As you can see from the table below, in addition to the sheath material of the cable, the temperature of your application is also crucial. This is due to the fact that the structure of plastics changes at different temperatures. The most common plastics of our cable sheaths are considered here: PVC and PE. You can find more information about the different sheath materials in our online shop, also here.

Basic knowledge on coaxial cables
Basiswissen zu Koaxialkabel
A coaxial cable consists of two concentric conductors, which are seperated by a dielectric and by a screen. Fields of applocation for coaxial cables are video technology, electrical measurement as well as applications, where radio signals have to be transferred without loss.
A double screened coaxial cable is presented here
Structure of a double screened coaxial cable:
1 = inner conductor – solid wire or stranded wires (1b)
2 = dielectric / isolation
3a = braid or foil
3b = braid or foil
4 = outer sheath
