arnoflex 7 UF

arnoflex 7 UF Koaxialkabel

The arnoflex 7 UF coaxial cable is part of our own brand, which we launched together with a European cable manufacturer. It is a flexible low loss RF cable for a frequency range up to 3 GHz, which is particularly recommended for radio applications.

The very good attenuation values of the arnoflex 7 UF are due to its PE dielectric with more than 50% air content, the double shield and inner conductor made of pure copper.

The arnoflex 7 UF is a cost-effective alternative to the well-known Aircell 7 from SSB.

Triaxial cable

Triaxial cables, a special variant of coaxial cable, consist of three concentric conductors separated by a dielectric and a shield. This structure gives them improved performance and makes them an important tool in video technology and electrical measurement.

Triaxial cables are used in electrical measurement technology in particular, as they enable extremely precise measurements. The second outer conductor creates a small protective atmosphere so that even very low currents and signals can be measured without external electrical influences. Even currents in the femtoampere range can be measured, which is of crucial importance in many applications.

However, it is important …

Now new: cover caps for coaxial connectors

Abdeckkappe

Consistent performance and quality are very special concerns for us. To ensure that this remains the case in the course of your application, we have now added Telegärtner cover caps to our range. These protect your connectors from external influences such as dust as long as they are not connected to your application. For convenient handling, our cover caps are also optionally available with chains so that they do not get lost when not in use. Every cover cap in our range is waterproof to IP67 or IP54.

Protect your cable assemblies now with our new cover caps!

Cable tester

Cable tester for coaxial cables – Cable tester

Our new Timag 100 tester quickly and easily tests a coaxial cable for transmission quality or attenuation at specified frequencies using a reference cable.

One or more frequency ranges are tested by means of signal transmitters up to 3.8GHz. No programming knowledge is required to teach the test – one or more reference cables are sufficient.
The “Timag 100” was developed for service and quality assurance, cable testing and cable diagnosis of coaxial cables.

Advantages:

  • simple instruction – without programming
  • fast and reliable testing of cables
  • store and manage up to 100 different cables
  • Can be used without prior

Fire properties of coaxial cables

Many coaxial cables are designed to withstand high temperatures of up to 200°C without damage. These usually have a dielectric made of PTFE and an outer sheath made of FEB, PFA or PTFE. Cables with a dielectric and sheath made of Kapton are even temperature-resistant up to 250°C.

Please note: If temperature-resistant cables are assembled with the matching connectors and bend protectors, the maximum temperature is always that of the component with the lowest temperature resistance. If the coaxial cable is suitable for temperatures up to 200°C, but the connectors are only suitable for temperatures up to 100°C, the …
