Short-term, critical requirements cannot always be foreseen and planned for accordingly. Knowing this, we offer express production of cable assemblies in various gradations. If our standard production time of 5-7 working days is not sufficient to meet your requirements on time, production can also be carried out in a shorter time for an additional charge, so that the ordered items can be delivered on the next working day if the order is received on time. For particularly critical needs, we recommend combining this with express delivery from UPS.
If you select express processing in the shopping cart during the ordering process, your order will be given priority in production, bypassing our standardised manufacturing process and will be processed accordingly before all other orders. The only prerequisite for this is sufficient stock of the required materials. Should this not be the case, we can offer you alternatives from our diverse range in most cases.

BNC Breakout Box with connection cable
The clever distribution of the measuring signal to the measuring device
With the arnotec connection box, you have the possibility to distribute your measurement signals reliably and simply. The device can be installed and reconnected in a completely uncomplicated way, so that the monitoring of different measuring points is no challenge. Flexible mounting, for example in a control cabinet or on the wall, facilitates integration into your application.
Since each connector is insulated from the housing as standard and each cable is shielded all the way to the end, our connection boxes offer you the highest possible quality and freedom from interference.
Matching labelling on the unit and on the cable ends minimises the risk of confusing the connections and ensures uncomplicated installation of the breakout box.
As standard, we manufacture breakout boxes with 4, 6, 8 or 10 BNC sockets, but we are happy to deviate from this to ensure that our device meets your requirements even better. The number of connections as well as the connector and cable types and the cable length can be selected as far as possible. One of the most annoying problems with coaxial cable applications is that they tend to break at their most vulnerable point, the connection between the cable and the connector. Be it due to frequent use or improper handling. This can be prevented with a bend protector for coaxial cables. We stock both bend protection sleeves and shrink sleeves, the advantages of which are explained below.
Kink protectors
These serve to mechanically protect cables from excessive bending directly at the connector. In addition, different coloured cable sleeves can be used to identify different signals. In our assortment you will find bend protection sleeves in 10 different colours to customise your application in the best possible way.

Heat shrink tubes
A heat shrinkable sleeve is a plastic tube that contracts strongly when exposed to heat. In this process, the cable inserted into the tube before heating is electrically insulated from its surroundings and protected from mechanical damage.
A heat-shrinkable sleeve is a good alternative to an anti-kink sleeve. It is used wherever a grommet would be too large or expensive due to the installation situation or for cost reasons. The heat shrinkable tubing we use is flame retardant, made of flexible polyolefin and designed for max. +125°C. If you need heat shrink tubing with a higher temperature resistance for your application, we also have more resistant variants made of Teflon.
For outdoor applications, we recommend heat shrink tubing with an internal adhesive. These are usually thicker-walled and seal the cable against moisture penetration.
