The cable assembly in our house is made exclusively by specialists. Our production takes place in Karlsruhe (Germany) and complies with the EU-Directives 2003/11/EG, 2002/95/EG and 2002/96/EG.

As you can see in the picture on the left, the structure of our coaxial cable complies with the highest quality standards.
Crimping sleeves are mounted in two steps. Thus, an extremely effective kink protection is made and the connection between line and plug is lightened.
After that, a heat-shrink tubing is put over the crimpings, that is an additional relief for the line.
It is only after this complex assembly, when your cable gets the actual kink protection.
In this completion process, cables are produced that are suitable for a permanent application and that guarantee a high reliability an a long durability.

BREAKOUT BOX OVERVIEW

BREAKOUT BOX

Our Breakout-Box (BNC-Box) has a light-weight, but solid case made from aluminium and is designed for use on machines, in laboratories or in the automotive sector.
The Breakout-Box is available with various equipment: 4, 6 or 8 BNC-Sockets. You can freely choose the connectors and the cable length of the supply line or decide to take one of our suggested lengths.

A customer-specific completion is implementable without extra time or additional costs. Each cable is individually connected with the plug connectors in the box and united via a PG gland as well as a braided hose. Each plug connector is clearly allocated via the labeling on the device as well as on the cable.

Advantage of the Breakout-Box: Routing of measuring signals, that means that by simply replugging the measuring device, several measuring points can be monitored cost-effectively. By shielding the cables, disturbances (e.g. external radiation) are minimized.

Which is the right cable for my application?

Question: Which is the right cable for my application?

For applications up to 1GHz we recommend the RG174, for applications up to 2.5GHz we recommend the RG179, RG188, RG187 or RG316. For applications above 2.5Ghz we recommend the use of low loss cable such as SS405, Multiflex_86 or CLF100. Due to the used materials and the cable structure, those cables are suitable for high frequencies (see illustration „Attenuation“).
